Short Term

Established a LinkedIn Company Page – invite connections to follow (now 300+ and growing)

Regular posts on LinkedIn through Company Page and Budzey & Fournier profiles.

Have already explored and trialed paying to boost posts on LinkedIn.

Created blog posts with update on website.

Regular updates in Fournier/Shades Mills Group monthly newsletter.

Creation of new regular mailing to distribution subscribers on new product additions and price reductions.

Established HubSpot as CRM.  Created a number of integrations to help build distribution mailing list which is automatically populated.  Mailings are done via HupSpot marketing.

Mid Term

As platform begins to generate income, reinvest that income in SEO optimization, creation of a press release and strategic placements in trade periodicals and platforms.

Reopen Navigator account for mining of distribution contacts on LinkedIn so as to expand email database.

Establish professional office address, create a Google business listing.

Strive for feature placement with industry magazines and newsletters.

Long Term

As platform continues its refinements and has progressed to a U.S. launch as well, will leverage relationships to get features through higher profile distribution oriented organizations.
