Where Are You Going?

I love the profound wisdom of Yogi Berra.

In this instance, “If you don’t know where you are going, you might wind up someplace else.”

This applies to business strategy.

Do you take the time to review where it is that you are going?

This could be your business or your personal performance or the management of your career.

So often in the hectic day to day grind of business we do not have the time to look at our strategy and understand where we are, where we should be going and how we are going to get there.

If we do not review and recalibrate our strategy as the world changes around us, as Yogi suggests we may end up somewhere we did not intend.
