Tom Fournier founded the Shade's Mills Group in 2018 and since its founding he has been helping senior B2B executives look at and refine their sales models and strategies.
In his corporate experience, he worked through a succession of senior sales management roles managing Canada, different regions in Canada as well as the United States. His focus and expertise has been in the Business to Business arena.
He has extensive experience in managing and driving exceptional sales performance, developing exceptional customer relationships, building strong team cultures and managing organizations through adaptations and change. He also has an interest in looking at themes related to developing leadership.
Tom also has an active interest in history. He loves hiking in the nearby Shade's Mills Conservation Area.
